According to a recent article in "Michigan Lawyers Weekly", physicians insured by Universal International Insurance, Ltd. (also affiliated with New Millenium, Ltd.) should be very concerned. In at least two instances the company has failed to pay settlements on behalf of their policyholders. As a result, judgments have been entered against the physicians involved in the claims. And, unless Universal comes through at the last minute, the doctors will be personally liable for all damages.

This is what every insurance agency should do. This is such a common cliché used, but often actually not performed. Stop and think about it for a minute. How many times a day do you read this as you drive to work or walk down the street? It’s plastered everywhere and becoming almost blind in our daily vernacular of signage.
